CCAC (Communicate Clearly Across Cultures) was founded by Gary Thomson Laird, a Canadian with over 20 years of professional experience in high-impact sales and customer service. Gary has been recognized as an extremely reputable call center consultant in Costa Rica for over a decade. Understanding the complexities of the international customer service outsourcing industry, CCAC was formed to provide expanding companies with a professional resource capable of improving the performance of their customer service while reducing or controlling costs.

CCAC provides very effective consulting options for international companies that are currently, or want to, outsource their customer service completely or in part. We are extremely efficient and effective in projects that include initial set-up of new call centers to performance optimization, benchmarking, quality improvement as well as training.

Although our headquarters are in San Jose, Costa Rica, CCAC (Communicate Clearly Across Cultures), provides consulting services to companies throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
